Excellence Quest is operated by the Abhigna Trust on a not-for-profit basis. Program fees fund the question bank, marksheets, certificates, and award ceremonies for the entire cohort. As a result, fees are non-refundable once payment is verified.
The narrow exceptions
We will refund a payment when one of the following applies:
- A duplicate charge against the same enrolment caused by a payment processor or browser-retry error.
- A confirmed system error on our side that prevented you from accessing the program you paid for, and we were unable to restore access within seven days.
In both cases, we refund to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds in cash, vouchers, or to a different account.
What is not a refund situation
Changing your mind, missing a competition date, not preparing, scoring lower than expected, or not winning a scholarship are not grounds for refund. Students may continue to practise year-round on the Platform regardless of competition outcome.
How to request
Email hello@excellencequest.com from the email address on the enrolment, with the payment reference and a short description. We respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, refunds typically reach your card or bank within 5–10 business days of approval.
Subscription plans
School and independent subscription plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until its end date and is not pro-rated.
