These Terms govern the use of Excellence Quest (the “Platform”) operated by the Abhigna Trust, a registered education trust in Karnataka, India. By creating an account, enrolling a school, or registering as an independent student, you accept these Terms.
Who can use the platform
Students under 18 must use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent, guardian, or school administrator. Schools are accepted only after verification by the trust. Independent students must provide a valid contact email.
Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. We treat each magic-link email and each student username + password as a personal credential. Sharing credentials, automating access, or attempting to impersonate another user are prohibited.
Conduct
Don't attempt to disrupt the Platform, copy our question bank, scrape the leaderboards, or interfere with another student's attempts. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or undermine the fairness of the competitions.
Fees, payments, and scoring
The current fee schedule and refund treatment are described on the dedicated refund policy and cancellation policy pages. Scoring is performed by the trust; results, marksheets, and certificates published by Excellence Quest are final.
Intellectual property
The question bank, marksheets, certificates, and the Excellence Quest brand are owned by the Abhigna Trust. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially redistribute them. Students retain ownership of any creative submissions they upload.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, that the Platform is free of errors, or that any specific academic outcome will result from participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the program in which the claim arises.
Excellence Quest is independently run by the Abhigna Trust and is not affiliated with the CBSE, ICSE, any State Board, or any government body. Recognition is issued by the trust alone.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms; you may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mysore, Karnataka.
